～あらすじ～
裏社会には、膨腹を好む好事家のために専門の店やデリヘルなどが存在する。

そのひとつ、この店では初の試みとして
「膨腹破裂デスマッチ」が開かれることになり、
決勝戦が執り行われようとしていた。

決勝戦のカードは、研究所から脱走したものの膨腹ジャンキーの性癖は抜けきらず、
膨腹デリヘルにもぐりこんだものの、その耐久力から人気が出た結果、破裂NGの扱いとなってしまい、
